Reset Cleaning Giveaway — Official Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Entrants must reside within Mesonn Reset's launch service area. Entries from outside the launch zone will be disqualified.
- Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Mesonn Reset, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.
- One entry per person and per household.
3. How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the waitlist form at mesonnreset.com with accurate and complete information, including name, email address, phone number, city, zipcode, home type, and number of bedrooms, on or before the entry deadline. Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries will be void.
4. Entry Period
The entry period begins on the date this waitlist opens to the public and closes on the date Mesonn Reset officially launches in your service area ("Entry Period"). The launch date will be announced via email to all waitlist subscribers. Mesonn Reset reserves the right to extend or shorten the Entry Period at its sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection
Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible waitlist signups at the close of the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Mesonn Reset or its authorized representative. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. The Prize
Each of the two winners will receive one (1) complimentary Reset Cleaning from Mesonn Reset, delivered at the winner's verified residence within the launch service area. Approximate retail value (ARV) varies by home size and is up to $499 USD per prize.
The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted, except by Mesonn Reset, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable. The cleaning must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of winner notification or it will be forfeited.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at signup, within seven (7) days of the drawing. Winners may be required to confirm eligibility, verify residence within the launch service area, and complete a release of liability before the prize is awarded. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within 5 business days, or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner will be drawn.
8. Service Area
The Reset Cleaning prize will only be performed at a verified residential address within Mesonn Reset's official launch service area. Mesonn Reset reserves the sole right to determine whether a winner's address falls within the launch service area. If a winner is outside the launch service area, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner drawn.
9. Privacy
Information collected through the waitlist will be used by Mesonn Reset to administer this giveaway, schedule cleanings, send launch updates, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to such use of your information. You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@mesonnreset.com.
10. Publicity
By accepting a prize, each winner grants Mesonn Reset the right to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, and likeness (including before/after photos of the cleaning) in marketing materials, social media, and on the Mesonn Reset website, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
11. Release of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Mesonn Reset and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims or liability arising out of participation in the giveaway or use of the prize. Mesonn Reset is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Disqualification
Mesonn Reset reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, providing false information, or otherwise acting in violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mesonn Reset is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes
Mesonn Reset reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this giveaway at any time for any reason. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective" date.
